Ensuring a True Water Park Experience
When conceptualising a small water park development, it's essential to design a genuine water park rather than a glorified swimming pool. Every detail matters, aiming to minimise exclusions and create a park catering to everyone.
- Location and cultural sensitivity
- Natural look with abundant landscaping and man-made beach features
- Immersive experience through themed landscaping and structures
External Circulation
The entire water park complex follows a storyline, making it easy for visitors to understand the theming. Walkways are themed and shaded by trees and shrubbery, providing a cohesive experience throughout.
Architectural Vernacular
The architectural theme is a sandcastle, using natural materials to create a realistic look. Structures are built with concrete and brickwork, finished with theme-carved plaster, artificial rockwork and sand mounds.
