Masterplan

PD waterfront is an ongoing mixed development that comprises of over 63 acres. The completion date for all projects is 2020 although the first phase is completed and the second well underway.

The Shop fronts that you can see by the water are already completed and in operation. These shop lots have been taken up by many international and local franchises which you can see from our store directory.

Currently under Construction are the D’Wharf serviced apartments which are to be completed by the end of 2015 and are available for sale. Please select the D’Wharf residence tab on the sidebar for more information on this project.

Upon completion of the D’Wharf residence work will commence on the Richmond Condotel, a unique design where all units will have a great view of the ocean.

Following on from the Richmond Condotel we will be constructing luxurious water chalets that span out over the sea in a unique shell formation. Plans are being put into this very moment and more information will be made available shortly.

Aside from the residential developments coming through in the next five years, there are also plans to develop colleges, libraries and convention centres. These will add to the functionality of the area and make PD Waterfront the one stop destination for tourism and industry alike.
